How to choose and measure the right cylinder lock.

The important thing to keep in your mind when choosing a cylinder lock is its dimension (length).


1st STEP

• For correct measurement, remove the old cylinder from the door and measure the dimensions  A  ,  B  and  C . 
  
  1. Start by unscrewing the cylinder screw and removing it completely.
  
  
  2) Then completely remove the cylinder from the door by pushing it slightly.
  *If you have security cylinder, you need to turn the key 25-30 ° to "release" and exit (see picture 1)
  
  
  

2nd

• Measure the dimensions  A   B   C  of the cylinder, follow the guide that suits in your case.
  
  

E.g. Our measurement is 30mm from the inner side  (Β)  and from the outer  (Α)  50mm.

So our cylinders number is 30-50mm.

If you have measured correctly, then   A  +  B  =   C
