Product Returns

What is the return policy?

You may return a product for exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You must first contact us by phone at +30 2816 008226, Monday–Friday 10:00–16:00 (excluding public holidays).

Returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete, and undamaged, in their original packaging. Electric curling irons cannot be returned. The customer is only responsible for the shipping and return cost (€6).

After our team inspects the product, it will be replaced with an identical new one or another product of equal value. If you do not wish for a replacement, a refund will be issued to a bank account within 15 days.

Can I return a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, contact us providing your name, the order date, and the issue encountered. We will first attempt to resolve the problem over the phone and may request photos or videos. If that is not possible, we will arrange a courier to collect the product. In this case, shipping costs are covered by Avatontech.

How do I find a product?

You can search for products in the following ways:

  • Through the most popular categories at the top of each page.
  • Using the "PRODUCT CATALOGUE" button on the upper left, where you can select your desired category.
  • Using the Search bar at the top center of the pages.

What do I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

If you cannot find the product you want, contact us and we will assist you promptly.

What is the shopping cart?

The shopping cart works just like a basket in a physical store. You can add and remove products and view the total cost. Adding a product to the cart does not mean you have completed your purchase.

Orders

How can I place an order?

Find the product you are interested in, click "Add to Cart" and then "COMPLETE PURCHASE". Alternatively, you can order by phone at 2816 008226, on working days from 10:00–16:00. Orders received on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How do I know my order has been completed?

After submission, a confirmation message will appear with your order code. You will also receive a confirmation email. We recommend keeping your order code for future reference.

A product is missing from my order. What do I do?

Contact us at info@avatontech.com or via Viber at 6938584904, providing your order code or name, a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo or video. You can also speak with one of our representatives by phone on working days, 10:00–16:00.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Through the website elta-courier.gr/search you can track your parcel at any time. If you have not received an email, your order is still being processed.

How can I cancel an order?

Contact us providing your order code or, if you don't have it, your name and order date.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay upon receiving your order.
  • Bank Transfer: After making the transfer, contact us at 2816 008226 or info@avatontech.com for confirmation.
  • Credit Card: Fully secure, through our order form.

Are card payments safe?

All card payments are processed through the Viva Wallet platform, certified with PCI DSS Level 1, with TLS encryption for complete transaction security.

Which cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For orders of €150 and above paid by credit card, we offer up to 3 interest-free instalments.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed by 12:00, there is a 90% chance you will receive it the next day. More specifically:

  • 2–4 working days for urban centres in mainland Greece.
  • 3–5 working days for the islands.
  • For villages and remote areas, delivery time is determined by the courier company.

On which days and times do you deliver?

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, usually during the morning hours.

Can I arrange a specific delivery time?

Option 1: Pick up from a store

Notification: Wait to receive the SMS or email stating that your parcel has arrived at the Courier Center store.

Hours: Check the opening hours and visit during the morning or afternoon shift that suits you.

 

Option 2: Home delivery (or to a locker)

Tracking: Use your tracking code on the Track & Trace for to monitor your shipment's progress.
