How to choose the correct cylinder lock.

The most important thing to consider when choosing a cylinder lock is its dimensions (its length).


STEP 1

• For accurate measurements, remove your old cylinder from the door and measure dimensions A , B and C .
  
  1. Start by unscrewing and removing the cylinder fixing screw.
  
  
  2) Then completely remove the cylinder from the door by gently pushing it out.
  *If your cylinder is a security cylinder, you will need to turn the key by 25-30° in order to “release” it so it can be removed (see photo 1).
  
  
  

STEP 2

• Measure dimensions A B C of the cylinder and follow the guide below that matches your measurements.
  
  

EXAMPLE: Our measurement is 30mm from the inside side (B) and 50mm from the outside side (A) .

Therefore, the cylinder size is 30-50mm.
